Western Premier Equipment offers free pickup and delivery for customers across our service area, whether you are dropping off equipment for repair or receiving a new machine.

Equipment Warranties
All new equipment sold through Western Premier Equipment comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. As an authorized dealer for Husqvarna, Echo, RedMax, Scag, Exmark, Toro, Hustler, and others, we are equipped to handle warranty claims directly, so you do not need to navigate that process alone. Bring your equipment in, or contact us, and we will handle it from there.
Service and Repair Warranty
We stand behind every repair we complete. Our service work carries a warranty on both parts and labor, which varies by repair type and parts used. If something is not right after a repair, bring it back, and we will make it right. No runaround, no excuses.

Yes, we can service equipment you did not buy from us. We work on most makes and models regardless of where they were purchased. If you are unsure whether we can service your equipment, give us a call and we will let you know straight away.
Do you sell and install Husqvarna Automowers?
Yes, we sell and install Husqvarna Automowers. As an authorized Husqvarna dealer, we offer the full Automower robotic mowing lineup, including installation and service. Contact us to learn more or arrange a demo.
Is there a diagnostic fee for repairs?
Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for repairs. It applies to all service appointments, but if you approve the repair, the fee is credited toward the total cost of the work. You will always receive a clear, upfront estimate before we proceed.
How long does a typical repair take?
A typical repair takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on parts availability and the time of year. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your equipment is ready.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend drop-off?
We do not currently offer after-hours or weekend drop-off. Our store hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Please contact us to discuss drop-off arrangements outside of regular hours.
Do you carry parts and accessories?
Yes, we carry parts and accessories. We stock a wide range of common parts in-store and can special-order parts for most major brands. Parts are available for purchase even if you are doing the repair yourself.
